I just got my new belt today. It is very nice unlike the not made in USA belt it is replacing that was too big. Though not as wide as my old belt it is much thicker leather. I ordered new from the company the pillow is suposed to come copressed and you have to put it in tehe dryer till it deconpresse. I recieved mine in a large cardboard box fully decompresses and in an oped plastic bag. I think that they sent me a used pillow and returned pillow I'm not happy
